Whitchurch Lodge

Whitchurch Lodge accommodates up to 32 people with health and mobility issues associated with old age, physical disabilities or sensory impairment. The home is conveniently located close to shops and transport links, with 31 residents at the time of inspection.

Staff numbers were sufficient and well-trained, with good knowledge of individual residents' needs. People were kept safe through effective safeguarding systems and treated with respect. Medication management systems were in place and regularly reviewed to ensure residents' safety and wellbeing.
