Elmsdene Care Home

This residential care home supports up to 33 people living with various types and levels of dementia across two floors. The home features a large lounge, dining room, television room, kitchen, and laundry facilities, with lift and stair access to the upper floor. At inspection, 23 people were residing at the home.

Inspectors found that blanket decisions had been made across the home which affected people's safety and breached requirements under the Mental Capacity Act, the Health and Social Care Act, and the Human Rights Act.
