Woodlands - Innova House CLD

Woodlands – Innova House CLD supports people with learning disabilities, accommodating up to nine people across five separate houses on one site. At the time of inspection, seven people were living at the service. The home provides accommodation alongside nursing and personal care as an integrated package.

The service demonstrated significant improvements since its previous inspection. Staff created a welcoming environment where people were supported to develop independence and pursue their interests. Residents appeared content and engaged in meaningful activities throughout the day.
