The CQC found the service had improved since its last inspection and was no longer in breach of regulations relating to safe care and treatment. Staff knew people well, managed risks appropriately, and medicines were now handled safely.
People and relatives spoke positively about the care and the approachable manager, describing staff as kind and attentive. The home was clean and well maintained overall, though a ceiling leak had needed repair and some areas required redecoration. Inspectors rated the service Good overall.
