Elizabeth Homes

Elizabeth Homes provides accommodation and personal care to up to 30 older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 26 people were using the service.

Inspectors found the environment was not clean and infection prevention and control practices did not always meet standards. Risk assessments were not always in place or sufficiently robust, with environmental hazards such as single pane glass not properly assessed. The registered manager provided evidence that work had been planned to address window safety concerns.
