Edwina Place

Edwina Place provides personal care and support to up to 12 people, including those with mental health needs, older people, and younger adults. At inspection, nine people were using the service.

The provider did not always follow quality assurance systems effectively to assess, monitor, and mitigate risks relating to people's health, safety, and welfare. Accurate and complete records were not consistently maintained regarding premises management and medicine management. A recommendation was made regarding gathering necessary information as part of the provider's recruitment processes.
