The home maintained high standards of cleanliness throughout all areas, with intensive cleaning protocols particularly focused on infection control hotspots. Hand hygiene stations in bathrooms and corridors were consistently well-stocked and accessible.

The service implemented robust infection prevention measures, including checks on COVID-19 vaccination status and lateral flow tests for health and social care professionals entering the building. Staff vaccination records were detailed and accurate, with only eligible staff employed.
