The service provides residential accommodation for seven people with autism spectrum condition, with six living in a large detached house and one in a separate converted coach house on the grounds. The home is well personalised with a homely, relaxed atmosphere that does not look like a typical care home. Staff take a pioneering and holistic approach to supporting residents' needs, with particular strength in health and wellbeing outcomes. The service works exceptionally well with external health and social care professionals, implementing health screening and reasonable adjustments that have led to significantly improved outcomes for people. Residents receive planned, person-centred support designed to promote meaningful lives with control, choice and independence.
