Inspectors found a consistently kind, person-centred culture, with well-trained staff who knew people well and supported them to build confidence and independence. Care planning was highly personalised and risk was managed thoughtfully to support positive risk-taking. Leadership was strong and visible, with robust governance, and people and relatives spoke overwhelmingly positively about the outcomes achieved.
