Clayton Brook House

Clayton Brook House accommodates up to seven adults with autism, with six people using the service at the time of inspection. The service provides care and accommodation but does not provide nursing care. It is managed by a registered manager and was developed in line with best practice guidance for supporting people with autism.

During the inspection, staff demonstrated commitment to person-centred care and creating a supportive environment for residents. The home had implemented systems to ensure residents' wellbeing and had established routines that reflected individual needs and preferences. Staff interactions with residents were observed to be respectful and caring, with attention paid to supporting residents' independence and community involvement where possible.
