Edensor Care Centre (Diagrama Healthcare)

Edensor is a residential nursing home supporting up to 48 older people, including some living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 34 residents were receiving care at the service. Staff demonstrated a good understanding of safeguarding procedures with robust policies and processes in place to protect people from abuse. The nursing team understood the health and wellbeing risks affecting residents and managed these safely. Medicines were stored securely and managed by competent nursing staff who conducted regular audits to ensure proper practices.
