Kingsgate Care Home

Kingsgate provides personal and nursing care for up to 40 people aged 65 and over across three floors in a single adapted building. At inspection, the home was supporting 31 people.

The home maintained a homely, caring environment with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Staff were friendly and considerate, treating people with kindness and developing positive relationships with them. Systems and processes were in place to keep people safe, and staff supported residents to have maximum choice in the least restrictive way possible, aligned with their best interests.
