The home is set across two large converted family homes, designated East and West, arranged over two storeys. The East wing contains a reception area, bedrooms, a small dining area, communal lounge used for activities, kitchen, and manager's office on the ground floor. The West wing mirrors this layout without a kitchen, with additional bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. Access between floors is provided by a central lift and secured staircases to prevent falls.
