Eaton Lodge Nursing Home

Eaton Lodge Nursing Home provides personal and nursing care for up to 24 older people, some living with dementia, in one large adapted building. At the time of inspection, 21 people were receiving care at the service.

People told inspectors they felt safe and described staff as kind and caring. Staff demonstrated knowledge of protecting residents from discrimination and abuse. Potential risks to people's health and welfare had been assessed, with staff provided guidance to mitigate identified risks. Care plans had improved and now included information about residents' choices and preferences, with people reporting they were supported in their preferred ways.
