Eaton Court

Eaton Court provides accommodation with nursing and personal care. At a previous inspection, the service was rated as requiring improvement due to incomplete monitoring charts for fluid intake and support, as well as outdated documentation that failed to provide a full account of people's needs and welfare monitoring. There was also an ineffective auditing system in place.

During this inspection, significant improvements were found. Staff were now completing appropriate documentation and charts to record the care and support people received. The service had implemented effective auditing and monitoring systems to help staff assess whether people's needs were being met. These improvements addressed the previous breaches of regulations regarding person-centred care and good governance.
