Dunslands House provides care and accommodation for people over 65 who require nursing or personal care, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 18 people were receiving personal care at the home in Berkhamstead.

People were happy and felt supported by staff who knew them well. Staff promoted residents' privacy and dignity, and people were able to choose how they spent their time and were encouraged to make decisions about their care. Care plans provided staff with information about how people wanted to be supported.
