Drovers House provides personal care and accommodation for up to 75 older people, including those living with dementia. The home is divided into six separate units across three floors, with 56 residents living there at the time of inspection. Staffing levels are determined by people's support requirements and regularly reviewed by the provider.

Relatives and staff expressed mixed views about whether staffing was always sufficient to meet people's needs. However, inspectors found adequate staff were present to respond to people's preferences and wishes during the visit.
