Butlers Mews Care Home

Butlers Mews Care Home provides residential care to up to 76 people, currently supporting 33 residents who require nursing or personal care. The service cares for both younger and older people living with dementia, physical disabilities, or sensory impairment. Medicines management is generally well handled, with residents supported to receive the medications they need. During inspection, one medicinal cream was found without an opening date, though no harm occurred and staff immediately corrected this. Staff apply effective infection prevention and control practices to protect residents from infection risk. All residents have their care needs properly assessed with appropriate support plans in place.
