Downs View Care Centre

Downs View Care Centre provides residential care and support for up to 51 people, including older people, young adults, those with physical disabilities, people with dementia, and those with mental health needs. At the time of inspection, 33 people were using the service.

The home carries out assessments of people's needs before they begin using the service. Residents are supported to eat and drink a balanced diet with choices of meals, snacks and drinks available. Staff receive relevant and up-to-date training, and the provider seeks healthcare advice from a multi-disciplinary team.
