Dora Rose Care Home

Dora Rose provides personal and nursing care to up to 71 older people, including those living with dementia, people with physical disabilities and younger adults. At inspection, 62 people were using the service.

Inspectors found that risks to people were not always managed or monitored safely. There were gaps in care monitoring recordings, and medicines were not always effectively monitored or managed. Quality assurance processes required improvement to ensure risks are effectively monitored and care documentation is kept current and reflects people's changing needs.
