Ditton Priors Care Centre

Ditton Priors Care Centre provides accommodation and personal care for up to 23 people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 21 residents were living there.

Staff have received training to recognise signs of abuse and understand how to respond to suspected wrongdoing, protecting people from ill-treatment. The provider has assessed risks associated with people's care and support, and staff demonstrate knowledge of these risks and how to minimise harm. People receive safe support with their medicines from trained and competent staff members.
