Dingle Meadow provides accommodation and personal care for up to 46 older people, some of whom live with dementia. At the time of inspection, 43 people were living at the home. Staff effectively assessed and managed risks, remaining vigilant to identify potential concerns and take appropriate action, ensuring people remained safe.

Care plans were detailed and gave staff access to relevant information needed to support each person.

People received their medicines as required, with effective systems in place for medication management. Staff received training relevant to their roles and had good support from the registered manager and colleagues, enabling them to deliver effective care. People received timely support from a consistent staff team, with their needs assessed and reviewed regularly to ensure care provision continued to meet their requirements.
