Dimensions The Mulberries

The Mulberries is a care home for up to 7 people with learning disabilities and autism. At the time of inspection, 5 people were living there. Staff demonstrated understanding of individual needs and communicated with people in ways that met their requirements. The service provided care to address sensory and physical needs, and staff had received training on recognising and reporting abuse.

However, inspectors found that people were not always treated with dignity and respect at all times. While staff were generally kind and respected privacy, some areas of the environment were not consistently kept sufficiently clean or safe. The service had adequate staffing levels to maintain safety, though improvements were needed across several areas to fully meet expected standards for supporting people with learning disabilities and autism.
