Inspectors found the service had improved since the previous rating of Requires Improvement, and was no longer in breach of any regulations. Some minor concerns remained around environmental safety and medicines management, which the provider acted on promptly.

People were well cared for, with kind, attentive staff who communicated effectively even with those who could not use words. Relationships with families were strong, and a good range of social activities was offered. The service is now rated Good overall.
