Devonshire House accommodates 21 adults with brain injuries and associated needs across its 24 beds. People using the service reported being happy with the care they received, and both staff and relatives spoke positively about the home's culture and ethos. The senior team earned staff respect through leading by example, with staff reporting high job satisfaction.

Staff demonstrated good understanding of safeguard procedures and when to raise concerns. People received their medicines safely, and the home maintained safe recruitment practices. Risks associated with people's care were properly assessed.
