The senior team earned staff respect through leading by example, with staff reporting high job satisfaction.

Staff demonstrated good understanding of safeguard procedures and when to raise concerns. People received their medicines safely, and the home maintained safe recruitment practices. Risks associated with people's care were properly assessed.
