Deangate Care Home

Deangate Care Home provides personal care to adults, including some people living with dementia or physical disabilities, supporting 47 people at the time of assessment. The CQC rated the service outstanding, an improvement from its previous good rating, praising an experienced, compassionate staff team led by managers who worked innovatively to improve people's lives and embraced a strong learning culture.

Inspectors found people were treated with kindness, dignity and respect, with staff providing person-centred care and enough staff deployed to meet needs promptly. People and relatives spoke highly of the care, describing staff as consistent and attentive, and said they felt safe and well supported, with good access to hobbies and spiritual needs met.
