The CQC rated the service Good overall, and found people were safe, well cared for and supported by staff who engaged with them positively.

Inspectors found risks were identified and managed well, and relatives had no concerns about their loved ones' safety. However, the CQC noted that some people could have received more personalised care and better outcomes if staff had understood their individual needs more fully.
