St Annes Care Home provides residential care for up to 22 older adults, some living with dementia, sensory impairments or physical disabilities. The home spans two floors with individual bedrooms and shared facilities including a lounge, garden and bathrooms.

During inspection, concerns were identified around person-centred care. One relative expressed disappointment, stating, "I am disappointed in the care that [family member] receives. It does not need to be luxury, but the basics should be right." The provider had not effectively identified shortfalls in the service or developed plans for improvement. Audits completed by management were not adequately identifying areas requiring attention.
