Medication administration was handled by trained staff with safe management systems in place. Risk assessments identified potential hazards and outlined appropriate management strategies. The service monitored quality regularly and implemented improvements as needed.

Relatives could access staff at any time to discuss their loved one's care. While recruitment processes were established, some staff personnel files lacked complete documentation, particularly work history records.
