The care home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 21 people, some of whom live with dementia, physical disabilities, or sensory impairments. At inspection, 15 people were using the service. The building layout has been adapted to accommodate people's needs and support safety protocols.

Inspectors found examples of good practice, including effective management of visitor arrivals and departures to minimise contact between visitors and residents. The home has recently introduced electronic signing procedures for all people entering and leaving the facility, supporting safety and record-keeping.
