Colwill Lodge

Colwill Lodge accommodates up to 15 people on a respite basis, providing support for those with learning or physical disabilities. The service operates 10 respite beds and five independent living flats. During stays, which are typically short and arranged on a regular basis or longer while people seek permanent accommodation, residents continue their weekly activities in the community, so the service is rarely occupied during daytime hours. The service is owned and operated by Plymouth City Council and serves approximately 75 people overall, with records reviewed for 62 people receiving personal care support.
