Cloverdale Care Home

Residents reported feeling safe and well looked after, expressing satisfaction with their care. The home maintains high standards of cleanliness with additional cleaning measures to prevent infection. Staff are recruited safely and receive appropriate training to carry out their roles effectively, with sufficient staffing levels maintained.

Care plans are kept up to date with regular risk assessments in place. Medicines are administered on time and as needed. The service maintains positive relationships with healthcare professionals to support residents' wellbeing. Staff support people to have maximum choice and control over their lives, using the least restrictive approach. Both residents and staff spoke highly of the registered manager's commitment to the service, and systems are in place to monitor the quality and safety of the care provided.
