Bradley House Care Home

Bradley House accommodates up to 48 older people and younger adults, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 46 residents were living at the service. Staff supported people to have maximum choice and control of their lives.

The provider had quality monitoring systems in place, though action plans were not always revisited to ensure recommendations were implemented. Medicine practices did not always align with best practice guidelines, and improvements were recommended in this area.
