Cranwell Court

Cranwell Court is a care home registered to support up to 58 people, including those living with dementia, physical disabilities, and younger adults. At the time of the CQC's assessment, 47 people were using the service, which overall remains rated Good.

Inspectors found staff were attentive to people's safety and observed warm, respectful relationships between staff and residents, with people speaking highly of their care. However, the CQC identified that improvements were needed in managing risks around safe environments, including Legionella, and in ensuring timely action on quality and safety monitoring.
