Cranwell Court

Cranwell Court provides personal care for up to 58 older people, people with dementia and younger adults in a two-storey adapted building. At inspection, 55 people were living at the service. Residents felt safe and well cared for, with staff demonstrating good knowledge of individual needs. People and relatives could readily access staff members or the registered manager with any concerns, speaking positively about their overall experience. Staff were recruited safely and received regular supervision to monitor their performance, with induction programmes and ongoing training provided to support their development.
