Clovelly House Care Home

Clovelly House accommodates up to 19 adults of all ages with a range of health care needs and physical disabilities. At inspection, 17 people were living at the service. The home managed well during the Covid-19 pandemic, supported by effective protocols and robust testing routines. All visitors were tested, and staff and residents received regular testing and their first vaccine doses. Policies and risk assessment processes were well established and appropriately reviewed. Suitable visiting arrangements were in place for friends and relatives.

The service maintained high cleanliness standards with additional cleaning routines and effective audit systems in place.
