The service operates from one adapted building designed to blend into the residential area, with no identifying signs, intercoms, or cameras outside. Although larger than current best practice guidance for homes of this type, the building's domestic style and design help mitigate potential negative impacts on residents. Staff support people to live meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence, providing planned and coordinated person-centred care that is appropriate and inclusive.
