Churchfields Nursing Home

Churchfields Nursing Home supports people aged 65 or over, including those with dementia and mental health needs. The home is registered for up to 32 people and currently accommodates 26 residents across three floors with adapted facilities and en-suite rooms.

Improvements have been made in risk management and safeguarding. Risk assessments are now more thorough and detailed, with staff monitoring and managing risks related to health conditions and mobility to support residents safely. Medicines are managed and administered safely, and safeguarding processes are in place to protect people from abuse.
