The CQC assessed the service after concerns were raised about staffing, cleanliness and care of people at risk of pressure damage, and rated it good overall, an improvement from the previous requires improvement rating.
Inspectors found people felt safe, staff were available and responsive, and the home was clean and well maintained. Support for healthcare needs had not always been prompt in the past, with professional guidance not always followed, but the provider and registered manager had plans in place to address this.
