Cherrydale

Cherrydale is a residential care home providing personal care and accommodation to up to 22 older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 12 people were residing at the service. People told inspectors they felt safe living there, and thorough health and safety checks were taking place on equipment and the environment. Improvements to the safety of people's care had been made, though these changes were still being embedded.

People's needs and choices were assessed and planned for, with their preferences considered. However, further improvements were required to the safety of medicine administration and infection prevention and control measures.
