The registered manager maintains an updated infection control policy reflecting current guidance, supported by regular audits to maintain and improve standards. Staffing levels are sufficient to meet residents' needs, with contingency arrangements in place to block book agency staff during annual leave or sickness. Staff work on designated floors to reduce infection risk.
