Brookholme Care Home

Brookholme Care home provides personal care and accommodation for up to 40 people, including older people and those with physical needs or living with dementia. At inspection, 36 people were using the service.

Inspectors found that the home's quality processes were not consistently in place and required audits had not been completed to identify areas for improvement. The home was not maintained to a high standard, with some areas requiring attention to ensure they looked well cared for. Cleaning schedules and oversight had not been properly implemented to meet required standards. However, the provider did use audits to review people's safety, including analysis of accidents and incidents.
