Staff demonstrated awareness of safeguarding responsibilities and enthusiasm for tailored care.

The home was clean and well-maintained with appropriate health and safety checks completed. Risk management systems were in place. Care records were person-centred, regularly reviewed, and updated when residents' needs changed. Residents engaged in activities both at the home and in the wider community, and were supported to maintain regular contact with their relatives.
