Overndale House accommodates up to 8 people with mental health needs, with 6 residents living there at the time of inspection. The home maintains a clean, tidy environment and operates with sufficient staffing to meet people's needs. Staff have received training to recognise signs of abuse and understand how to safely support residents.

The home implements robust safeguarding practices including risk assessments for each person and safe recruitment procedures for staff. Medicines are administered safely by appropriately trained and competent staff. Accidents and incidents are recorded systematically, with lessons learned to prevent future occurrences.
