The home accommodates seven people with mental health needs. Residents reported feeling safe and satisfied with their living arrangements. Staff had undergone thorough recruitment processes and received appropriate training and support, with sufficient staffing levels to meet residents' care and support needs. The service managed medicines safely and maintained infection prevention and control measures in line with current best practice guidance.

Staff understood their responsibilities for safeguarding and had assessed risks with plans in place to keep people safe while encouraging residents to take positive risks where appropriate. Residents were supported to have maximum choice and control over their lives, with staff adopting the least restrictive approaches in their best interests. Service policies and systems supported this person-centered practice.
