Chantry House Residential and Nursing Home

Chantry House Residential and Nursing Home accommodates up to 24 people, with 22 residents at the time of inspection. The majority are supported with mental health needs, and some also live with varying levels of dementia.

The home has made progress since the previous inspection and is no longer in breach of regulations. However, inspectors found that further improvements were still needed to fully embed a person-centred approach throughout the service. Staff continue to work toward enhancing how they support residents' individual needs and preferences.
