Allonsfield House

Allonsfield House provides personal and nursing care for up to 53 people, supporting older adults and those living with dementia. At inspection, 48 people were using the service, which operates across three separate units: Allonsfield Suite for residential care, Ashfield for nursing care, and a dedicated dementia unit. Each unit has its own facilities.

Inspectors found that people were not always supported to participate in activities relevant to their interests, particularly those living with dementia. People were observed being left unsupported for extended periods of time without meaningful engagement or activities.
