Aldringham Court

Aldringham Court is a residential care home in Suffolk providing support to up to 45 older people living with dementia and with nursing needs. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding staff kind, respectful and skilled, with enough staffing, good medicines management and effective teamwork with outside professionals.

Some record-keeping fell short: notes did not always show people were repositioned to prevent pressure injuries, and care plans were not consistently updated across all sections. These issues were addressed when raised, and inspectors found leaders visible, staff well supported, and people and relatives positive about their care and the food and activities on offer.
