Cedar Grange

Cedar Grange, in East Riding of Yorkshire, is a residential care home providing support to up to 31 older people, some living with dementia, across the main house and a separate unit called the Lodge. The CQC rated the home Good overall, finding it had resolved previous breaches around safety and governance and had improved medicine administration since the last inspection.

Inspectors found staff were kind, calm and person-centred, with robust safeguarding processes and approachable leadership. Relatives were generally positive, though some raised concerns about staffing confidence in the Lodge, meals not always being warm, and limited bathing facilities affecting people's experience.
