Cedar Court Residential and Nursing Home

Cedar Court Nursing and Residential Home is a purpose-built facility providing personal care and nursing for up to 68 people, with 54 residents at the time of inspection. People felt safe and happy with their care, with risks to individuals and the environment well managed and robust safeguarding practices in place. Medicines were administered safely and staff were appropriately recruited with sufficient numbers to meet residents' needs.

The home maintained high standards of cleanliness and supported residents to have maximum choice and control over their lives in the least restrictive way possible. Staff received regular training, supervision and appraisal, and worked closely with other professionals to provide effective health management and coordinated care.
