Castletroy Residential Home

Castletroy Residential Care Home is a large, purpose-built care home accommodating up to 69 people. At the time of inspection, 23 people lived there. Residents reported feeling safe, with risk assessments completed and sufficient staffing levels in place. Medication was administered as prescribed by trained and competent staff. The manager maintained systems to monitor incidents and accidents, sharing lessons learned with staff to prevent recurrence.

People received support from skilled and knowledgeable staff whose training ensured their needs were met effectively.
