Castle Brook

Castle Brook accommodates up to 86 people across three floors divided into six households of up to 14 residents each. One household specialises in re-enablement, supporting people discharged from hospital to rebuild their strength and mobility through therapeutic care. Each household has its own communal lounge, kitchen and dining areas, with shared facilities available throughout the home. At the time of inspection, the home had 82 residents, some living with dementia.

Staff numbers were adequate to meet people's needs in a timely manner and were available to support residents. The home provides both nursing and personal care as part of its accommodation service.
