Staff were suitably trained and supported people to take their medicines safely and as prescribed.

The home maintained up-to-date records of risks to people's wellbeing and environmental safety, updating these when circumstances changed. Staff respected people's rights to make their own decisions and supported them to make choices in line with relevant legislation.
